DU LLM Entrance Exam Application Process  2018

The official announcement for DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018 has not yet made by the faculty of law in Delhi University. The application procedure, including the submission of fees will be in an online mode. The commencement of the application procedure will be will on the last week of April 2018 and concludes on third week of May 2018. The application form will be easily available in the official website of DU LLM once it is out.to follow for filling up the application form of DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018 : 

Step 1: Registration For DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018.

Candidate has to get registered on the registration portal by entering their Name,  Email ID, Mobile Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, etc.

Step 2: Login to Application Portal Of DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018

The candidate need to log-in to the application portal using Password and Application Number

Step 3: Fill the Application Form 

The candidate has to next fill the DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018 Application Form by entering personal, address and qualification details.

Step 4: Upload Photograph and signature 

 In this stage, the candidate will have to upload photograph and signature in the prescribed format and then click on  Go to Application Status Page, option.

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

The application fee has to be paid in online mode only. Payment can be made through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ SBI net banking.

DU LLM Entrance Exam Registration Dates- 2018

As there is no official notification came from the Faculty of Law in Delhi University. The registration dates for DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018 once out, will be published on the official website. One needs to be regular visitor to the college website for all details. The expected dates for the application of  DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018 commence from the last week of April 2018. The mode of the application will be in an online mode.

DU LLM Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria-2018

There are some criteria for the eligibility in DU LLM Entrance Exam 2018, which needs to be followed while applying for it. The eligibility criteria are as follows :

  • The candidates shouldn’t be below 20years of age.
  • For General category and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, a 3 year/5 year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate for Two-Year/Three-Year Course LLM.
  • The OBC candidates shall be given a relaxation in the minimum eligibility in the qualifying examination and in the minimum eligibility to take the entrance test to the extent of 10% of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for the general category candidate. For example, if the minimum eligibility for admission to a course is 50% for the general category candidate, the minimum eligibility for the OBCs would be 45% i.e. (50% less 10% of 50%). It is reiterated that the OBC candidates who belong to the ‘non-creamy layer’ and whose castes appear in the Central List of the OBC only shall be eligible to be considered for admission under the OBC category. 
  • The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) having a three year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks for 2yr/3yr LLM or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
  •  Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to widows/wards of ex-servicemen/serving personnel (CW) category. 
  • Relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to physically handicapped (PH) category on the recommendations of the Medical Board as per the prescribed procedure. 

DU LLM Entrance Exam Application fees and payment-2018

The Application fees is compulsory and needs to be paid before the last date of submission, else it will be put in the status of cancellation. The application fees needs to be paid online and the mode of payment will be through Debit card/ Credit card or net banking. The interested Candidates needs to pay certain application fees for the application form of DU LLM 2018. The candidates belonging to General or OBC Category needs to pay 500/- and those belongs to SC/ST and PWD needs to pay 250/-.
