BHU Law Admission Test Exam 2018(BLAT)

BLAT (Banaras Law Admission Test) 2018 is an entrance test conducted by BHU Banaras Hindu University. The test is conducted in many cities and the format is pen and paper mode. BLAT 2018 is held for admission to the 60 BA LLB seats of the university. The online application process for BLAT Exam 2018 will commence from the first week of February 2018. To be eligible to register, aspirants (General category) with at least 50% in their Class 12 board or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the test. 

 
BLAT 2018 is expected to be held on May 2018 and the test will include 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).The duration of the test is 2 hours and each correct answer will carry 3 marks while 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. 

What is BLAT Exam

BLAT stands for Banaras Hindu University Law Admission Test which is conducted for admission into Law courses. Students who pass out with required cut off marks in BLAT will be offered admission to under graduate Law course namely the BA LLB programme in colleges affiliated to Banaras Hindu University. BLAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria


To be eligible to register,  aspirants (General category) with at least 50% in their Class 12 board or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the test. 

For candidates belonging to OBC category should score 45% and SC/ST category candidates should score 40% marks.

The applicants appearing for their class 12 or other equivalent examination in 2018 are also eligible to appear for BLAT 2018

BLAT 2018 Application Process


The online registration process for the Banaras Law Admission Test will commence in  the first week of February 2018. BLAT Exam 2018 is expected to be held on May 2018 and the test will include 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).The duration of the test is 2 hours and each correct answer will carry 3 marks while 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. 

BLAT 2018 Fee Detail


To pay the application fee online candidates can use credit card/net banking /debit card etc. 2018 BLAT application fee can be paid offline, applicants must click on ‘Cash Payment through HDFC Bank’ button. Now, aspirants will be directed to the challan generation window where they are required to click on ‘Generate and Print Challan’. 

After printing the challan, aspirants are required to visit the nearest HDFC branch and submit the fee along with the challan. One part of the challan will be returned to the candidate by the bank officials after accepting the fee.
